The Organisation

With a strong commitment to developing a positive culture within the business, the business are currently seeking an ambitious Accounts Payable Officer to immediately join their finance team and hit the ground running. This is a great role for a motivated and experienced individual to start their next challenge as soon as possible, working close to home in Somerton.

Position Description 
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

• High volume processing of invoices
• Assist with payment runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Manage employee expenses
• Handle supplier queries
• Management of relationships with suppliers
• Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, along with the following attributes:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to hit the ground running 
• Exceptional time management skills and a positive can do attitude
• High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
• Prior experience using SAP is highly advantageous
