An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated accounts professional to join their team based in Melbourne's CBD.
Position Description
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working within a small team, you will be responsible for:
- High volume processing of invoices daily
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Reconciliations
- Setting up new vendors and suppliers
- Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ad hoc tasks to assist the broader finance team as required
Ideal Candidate
To be considered successful in the role, you will possess the following attributes:
- Previous experience within Accounts Payable / Data Entry
- A keen eye for detail
- High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Desire to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Prior experience in a large ERP system advantageous
