Our client, a worldwide leading manufacturing company, are seeking an experienced and highly detailed Accounts Payable Officer to join their dynamic team in Camberwell on a contractual basis commencing in January 2025.
Ideally, our candidate will have experience in the retail industry as an Accounts Payable Officer or a similar position.
The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end of Accounts Payable. Your key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Invoice processing
- Bank reconciliation
- Assist with reconciliation of corporate credit cards
- Reconcile supplier statements and attend to all vendor queries
- Vendor maintenance and respond to all vendor inquiries
- Assist in month end closing, including month end journals
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience within an end-to-end payable position
- Experience in the retail industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Team player and enjoys collaborating with colleagues
- Experienced and hands-on management team
- Friendly team environment
