Immediate Accounts Payable Officer opportunity, great opportuntiy to join a diverse set of companies. This will be an ongoing opportuntiy and could go permanent for the right person. Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be looking after:
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Processing a high volume of invoices weekly
- Liaising with key decision makers across the business
- Building strong internal and external relationships
- Dealing with queries via phone and email
- Processing credit card expenses
- Performing both domestic and international payments
- Troubleshooting and working through a backlog of processing
The successful candidate will come from a high volume Accounts Payable environment where you have taken ownership of the end to end accounts payable function.
You will be available to start within the week, and must reside in Western Australia to be considered for this opportunity.
