Based in the Osborne Park, this business has a wide range of disciples that operates across all of Western Australia
Due to an internal transformation project, they require the support of an Accounts Payable Officer on a temporary basis for a minimum of 4 months.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager , and working in a team of 6, duties will include, but not be limited too
- Process high volumes of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies
- Processes FX invoices and prepare ad-hoc payment runs
- Collaborate with internal and external departments to resolve invoice-related inquiries
- Handle all administration of credit cards including cancelations
- Manage monthly vendor reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
- Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute to process improvements
Ideal Candidate
- Past experience as an accounts payable officer, from a high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
