About the Company
Our Client is an exciting and fast growing company who are market leaders in their industry. Due to restructure and rapid growth of the business, the company is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a welcoming and fast-paced environment within a respectable company.
The Role
Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic Accounts team, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Full function Accounts Payable
- Matching purchase orders
- Reconciliations
- Assisting payroll when needed
- Handle email and phone queries
- Maintaining and updating associated payment reconciliations as required
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
Our client believes a positive attitude is key to success! You will also have:
- A desire and willingness to learn, with strong problem solving skills
- 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable position
- Confident personality that enjoys speaking to key stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
