Position Description 

Reporting into the Finance Manager , you will commence in your role as the key contact for the AP & AR function. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Generate & manage the customer invoicing process
  • End to end AP & AR
  • Generate monthly statements
  • Management of relationships with customer 
  • Reconciliations of accounts
  • Handle customer queries 
  • Reporting duties 
  • Financial reporting and record keeping 
  • Assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
  • Prior experience in a similar 
  • Prior experience with month end duties 
  • Experience within the construction/property sector highly advantageous
  • Excellent attitude with a keen desire to grow in your role
  • Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
  • A positive up beat attitude and excellent time management skills
