Position Description
Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited too: 

• Processing invoices on a daily basis 
• Handling queries from both suppliers and customers
• Reconciliations 
• Administrative and customer service duties
• Providing support to your Manager where required

Ideal Candidate
Our client believes a positive attitude is key to success! You will also have:

• A keen willingness to hit the ground running and assist with tackling an influx of work
• Prior experience in a similar Accounts position (1-2 years ideally)
• Excellent communication skills from both a written and verbal perspective
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
• A passion for accounts and keen desire to complete all tasks to a high standard

They create a deep engagement with all stakeholders, with the aim or providing a seamless experience to customers on a national scale. Based in Campbellfield, the business are seeking a motivated individual to join their team for an initial two month period to assist with an influx of work. With excellent support provided, this role is a rare and exciting opportunity to work close to home in Melbourne's North on a part-time basis!
