Our client is a large and well recognised organisation based in a very central location of Adelaide, that are seeking a highly skilled accounts officer on a 3 month temporary assignment.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will include the following; however, not exclusive to:
- Review Sales Order folders given to me by the sales team
- Issuing invoices
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Prepare Product Warranties
- Statement and account reconciliations
- Debt collections
- Take details for customer credit card payments
- Process credit card payments
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes, however will not be limited to:
- Has prior experience within the accounts space
- Lives locally
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
