Requirements of the role:
- Administration duties from document record keeping to reporting.
- Conducting inventory and house clear outs of customers.
- Mailbox and workflow management.
- Action requests accordingly.
- Review and monitor maintenance works and conduct assessments as required.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Track maintenance works and report compliance issues.
- Work efficiently to improve internal policies and procedures.
Requirements of the successful candidate:
- Have an ability to pick things up quickly.
- A background in Property is advantageous (not essential).
- Excellent customer service delivery and administration.
- Must be able to handle high volumes of work.
- Must be confident/comfortable answering the phone and handling phone queries.
- Must be an Australian/New Zealand citizen.
It is highly important for this role that the successful applicant is a team player, is willing to get stuck in and help across all aspects of the team and is able to hit the ground running.
