Key Responsibilities:
- Complex formatting of legal documents (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PDFs)
- Preparation of briefs, legal documents, and routine correspondence
- High-level, accurate word processing and typing
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Information management (Excel spreadsheets, VisualFiles case management system)
- Diary management, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
- Travel and accommodation coordination
- Assisting legal professionals with financial deadlines (billing and time recording)
- Ensuring compliance with payment procedures for legal expenses and counsel fees
- Liaising with internal and external clients on confidential matters
- Managing incoming calls and visitors.
