- High volume data entry of invoices
- Answering phone and email queries
- Mailbox and workflow management
- Preparation of documents in advance of checking and data entry
- Validation of data entry
- Use of Microsoft suite (including Outlook, Excel and Teams), ServiceNow, SAP
Requirements of the successful candidate:
- Have an ability to pick things up quickly
- Must be willing to get stuck in
- Must be able to handle high volumes of work
- Fast typist (we will be requesting to see their key stroke assessments)
- Must be confident/comfortable answering the phone and handling phone queries
- Must be confident using the Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Excel and Teams
- Must be an Australian/New Zealand citizen.
- SAP Finance System
- ServiceNow
