About the role This is a fantastic opportunity to provide administrative, coordination and executive support to the VP & GM APAC, the executive leadership team as well as overseeing the management and running of head office. Your ability to coordinate and manage varying expectations and daily work flows will be highly attractive. Responsibilities Complex diary and calendar management Office coordination Event management Processing expenses Organising travel and other related arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport and itineraries) Coordinate onboarding and offboarding requirements Credit card reconciliations General office management duties including; organising relevant supplies, managing supplier relationships and order management Schedule, coordinate and administer team meetings Project support as required Oher ad hoc duties as requested Skills and Experience Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead Display initiative, confidentiality, loyalty, and the capacity/desire to achieve and work with minimal supervision Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally Great team player High degree of attention to detail Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible Strong technically in the Microsoft Office Suite Excellent time management skills Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively About the clientWe are delighted to be partnering a global leader in the food manufacturing industry, known for producing high-quality products enjoyed by consumers around the world.
