About the Role:An exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Coordinator to join a fast-growing organisation. Working with the Operations Manager, you'll ensure the office runs smoothly, manage key admin and operations tasks, support the team, and drive workplace improvements.Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean, organised, and functional office environment. Act as the first point of contact for visitors and guests. Prepare, update, and manage internal and external documents. Oversee IT support and ensure office technology is operational. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules. Plan and organise team events, celebrations, and lunches. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation setup. Provide backup support for Sales Administration. Perform general ad-hoc tasks as required. Requirements Previous experience in administration or office coordination. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities. Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative duties. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and GoogleSuite (Sheets, Docs). A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
