The Organisation Our client, a well-established and highly reputable FMCG manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. With consistent production volumes, this is an exciting opportunity for a trade-qualified maintenance professional to become part of a supportive and collaborative maintenance team. The Responsibilities The duties of the role will consist of the following; however, will not be limited to: Preventative and reactive maintenance on production lines and machinery Troubleshooting, fault finding, and diagnosing issues through HMIs and automated systems Working closely within a team of technicians and fitters on shift, reporting to the Maintenance Manager Daily crossover meetings to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Ensuring all work is carried out to high safety and quality standards The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (essential) Trade-qualified Maintenance Technician or Fitter with proven mechanical maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities, particularly on automated machinery Previous experience within an FMCG, manufacturing, or food production environment highly regarded Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety What's On Offer?
