Handle supplier and employee payments while proactively resolving queries to maintain smooth operations. Oversee daily sales invoicing, payment processing, and ensure timely distribution of statements. Maintain accurate accounts receivable data and support system updates to enhance operational performance. Drive timely month-end processes, ensuring all invoicing, reporting, and stock reconciliations are on track. Assist with year-end accounts preparation and work closely with auditors for smooth financial reporting. Achieve KPIs, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and take on new challenges as they arise. Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified with an accounting or business background. You will have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role and have completed or aspire to complete your CA/CPA. You will have exceptional communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. Strong MYOB experience is also a must.
