We are seeking Procurement Specialists with experience across both direct and indirect categories. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end direct procurement activities across materials, products, and services to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes. Manage indirect procurement for categories including IT, professional services, facilities, and corporate support functions. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to achieve favourable commercial outcomes and consistent service levels. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose procurement solutions. Analyse spend and market trends, identify risks, and implement cost-saving and efficiency strategies. Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards. Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in procurement across direct and/or indirect categories. Strong background in sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in procurement systems and tools, with advanced Excel or analytics capability highly regarded.
