Upon completing a Bachelor of Business, McKenzie embarked on her recruitment career in 2025 through the Sharp & Carter Graduate Program, and has recently joined the NSW Human Resources team. With a strong background in customer service and people management, McKenzie takes an enthusiastic approach to recruitment and is passionate about building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional results.
Outside of work, McKenzie is a dedicated supporter of the Cronulla Sharks and enjoys cheering them on whenever she can. She is also often spotted on the beach taking her beloved chihuahua Frankie for a walk.
