Key Responsibilities Build strong partnerships with managers and employees, providing sound HR advice on workplace policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Assist in employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, investigations, and conflict resolution. Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Play a key role in driving employee engagement, diversity, and culture-building initiatives. Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement projects to enhance overall workforce effectiveness. Work closely with the Senior HRBP on workforce planning, talent development, and retention strategies. Contribute to HR policy development and implementation, ensuring alignment with organisational and legal requirements. Skills & Experience Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, or a blue-collar workforce. Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and Australian employment law. Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
