We are currently looking for a proactive Payroll Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. About the Role: Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working collaboratively amongst a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to: Process high-volume payroll for a large workforce, ensuring accurate and timely payment. Administer employee records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits enrolment. Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of deductions, taxes, and other withholdings. Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing clear and timely responses. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management, HR, and finance departments. Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information. About You: We are seeking a Payroll Officer with a desire to expand their payroll career.
