About the Role: Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working collaboratively amongst a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to: Accurately and efficiently processing employee payroll on a fortnightly schedule Maintaining payroll records and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements Resolving payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner Collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations Ensuring precise calculation of wages, benefits, taxes, and deductions Staying up-to-date with payroll regulations and best practices Assisting with month-end and year-end payroll processes Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes About You: We are looking for a skilled Payroll Officer with a proven track record in managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate, timely employee compensation.
