An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Manager to come on board and be heavily involved in the strategic direction of the business in a truly multi faceted role. Position DescriptionWith team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Credit Manager to join their team. Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include but not be limited to the following: Manage the credit function, and oversee a team of Credit Officers Lead end to end credit, collections and debt management activities Facilitate training and up-skilling within the team Optimise existing processes to achieve strategic goals whilst implement new strategies to increase efficiencies Conduct continuous due diligence on credit processes Develop management reporting and KPI's Establish and maintain strong relationships across the business alongside external stakeholders Analyse and provide accurate creditors and debtors reporting Ideal Candidate ProfileThe successful applicant will have proven leadership experience in a similar Credit Manager position, along with the following skills and attributes: First class communication and presentation attributes Proven capacity to both develop and execute change management strategy A passionate and positive 'can do' attitude High level interpersonal and time management skills Attention to detail, initiative and strong negotiation skills Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to positive influence Effective time management & organisational skills What's on Offer Senior position with large scope to heavily impact the direction of the credit department Opportunity to drive improvements within the division State of the art office facilities located in Parramatta, with a short walk from Parramatta station Flexible work arrangements including hybrid working from home arrangements Job security in an established and stable industry Enjoyable working environment To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
