Joe joined Sharp & Carter in 2024, focusing on qualified finance. Joe stepped into the world of recruitment in the UK back in 2014 after spending his early twenties as a golf teaching professional. Joe moved to Perth in March 2022 with his wife and 3 young children.
Joe has a professional and friendly approach to recruiting. He will take the time to understand the key drivers for both candidates searching for a new role, and for clients when seeking a new addition to their team.
Outside of the 9-5, Joe is a family man and spends most of his time chasing his 3 kids around. He still plays golf when the time allows it, and likes to keep active by running and has dipped under the 3 hour barrier in the Perth Marathon back in 2022.
