Key Responsibilities: Perform on-site technical repairs and preventative maintenance on cutting-edge medical equipment. Deliver responsive and effective technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Take full ownership of your territory, including scheduling, booking travel, and accommodation. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Provide technical support on site with your clients, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Manage individual inventory, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records. Identify and escalate gaps in processes or procedures, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in training programs to stay updated on technical requirements and best practices. Support and contribute to maintaining compliance with quality standards such as ISO 13485 and AS/NZS 3551. Role Requirements: 3+ years previous experience as a field service engineer for complex / technical products Proficient in managing and using hand, power, mechanical, and electrical tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective external client relationships. Effective time management and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) and adapt to a dynamic schedule. A logical, analytical approach to identifying and resolving issues. Ability to learn and apply new systems and processes efficiently. Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 13485 or similar) is an advantage.
