About the role: We are seeking an dynamic National Pricing Manager to lead and develop pricing strategies that maximise profitability while maintaining market competitiveness. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams and functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with financial objectives and current market conditions. Lead, mentor, and support a small and collaborative team of pricing analysts to ensure high performance and strong engagement. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess pricing effectiveness, revenue growth, and margin improvements. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to create pricing models that drive revenue growth. Determine optimal pricing based on cost analysis, market trends, and strategic goals. Establish pricing governance frameworks and maintain consistent pricing processes across the business. Create and implement automated pricing tools and reporting for both national and regional use. Provide regular reports to senior leadership to support informed decision-making. Skills & Experience: Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. Experience managing pricing strategies across multiple products and customer segments. Strong understanding of pricing methodologies, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations. Advanced analytical skills with experience handling large data sets. Proven experience in leading teams and improving engagement for high performance. Strong numerical and statistical analysis skills.
