The Position Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will provide a crucial link between finance and operations.  Partnering with site-based operations management and regional finance teams you will provide insightful analysis and relevant reporting to assist in driving performance.  Key Responsibilities Collaborating with Finance and Operations teams to drive productivity, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leading the preparation of financial performance reports, operating KPIs, and ad hoc analyses in partnership with site Business Analysts. Providing actionable insights to highlight opportunities, risks, and mitigating strategies at state and national levels. Driving national initiatives to improve processes and deliver key financial outcomes. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting deliverables across the wider business. Partnering with the Major Capital Projects team to oversee business cases, project execution, and benefits tracking. Influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as procurement and workplace relations, to enhance financial and strategic outcomes. Skills and Experience 10+ years of post-qualified experience Strong commercial acumen, business partnering expertise Exceptional data analysis and financial modeling capabilities.
