The new role of HR Business Partner you require you to provide commercial and operational delivery advice across all areas of the division. Consulting with business leaders on all human resource management and organisational development delivery activities, operationally and strategically partnering with business and the wider group people goals.HR Business Partnering Cultivate robust stakeholder relationships to foster effective collaboration and communication. Demonstrate authentic leadership and provide clear direction to all stakeholders whilst partnering closely with senior management to develop HR strategies that are in alignment with the overarching business objectives. Conduct thorough analysis, monitoring, and creation of key people metrics to anticipate risks, identify trends, and drive ongoing improvement initiatives. Leverage a deep understanding of business dynamics to pinpoint and address issues, whether they're related to processes or personnel, offering insights and proactive solutions to enhance productivity, engagement, skill development, and talent retention. Innovate by suggesting and implementing new HR strategies and initiatives to meet evolving organisational needs. Lead and actively participate in fostering a positive company culture by organising and leading various culture and charity initiatives throughout the business, promoting employee engagement and social responsibility. Being retail this role has a key focus on Employee Lifecycle, which will include: Act as the main contact person for employee relations matters for the portfolio of brands, encompassing grievances, disciplinary actions, and mediation where required. Complete investigation of employee grievances and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Prepare and distribute supporting documents related to disciplinary actions, suspensions, and investigation records. Provide training and ongoing support to managers on best practices in performance management, fostering continuous improvement. Maintain comprehensive records of all employee relations cases and analyze trends to enhance productivity, mitigate risks, and promote efficiency. Support in emergency and/or critical incidents that involve the company and team members. What you will bring to the role Proven experience as a HR business partner, with thorough knowledge of employment legislation. The ability to thrive in a FAST-paced environment. With exceptional communication, both verbal and written, and influencing skills to deliver outstanding results.
