About the role This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly credentialed and professional Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer of a global Fintech business in Melbourne's CBD. This is a diverse role requiring the candidate to possess a business mindset that allows them to influence outcomes and make independent decisions. Responsibilities The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, executive, and project support directly to the Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and strong organisational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Supporting the CPO and CFO your role would involve: Complex diary and calendar management (including coordinating different time zones) Advising the CPO and CFO of matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and preparing relevant documentation High level stakeholder management Processing expenses Prepare/review reports, presentations, and meeting materials Handle communications and liaise with internal and external stakeholders Organising travel and other related arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport and itineraries) Assisting with event management and function setup Coordinate board reports Carrying out special projects as allocated by the CPO and CFO Skills and Experience Advanced skills in Microsoft applications Experience in a fast-paced, challenging environment 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives Excellent attention to detail Excellent time management skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships Strong organisational/time management/multi-tasking skills and ability to manage changing deadlines and work autonomously Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and perform duties ‘hands on’ Aptitude for learning and continual development Highly motivated, flexible, positive people person with a strong drive to succeed High level of professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality Willing to work across global time zones as required About the client We are delighted to be partnering with one of the world’s largest Fintech companies to recruit the Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
