The Opportunity Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with New Balance Australia who are on the lookout for a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital performance across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce ANZ (with a dotted line to the APAC Digital Marketing Manager), you’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, performance marketing, analytics, and customer acquisition to accelerate eCommerce growth. You’ll lead a small team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact across paid and owned digital channels—in line with the broader regional Game Plan. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across SEM, paid social, EDM and SEO. Drive traffic and conversion across New Balance’s eCommerce platforms in alignment with sales targets and global brand objectives. Oversee digital marketing spend and ensure campaigns deliver against ROAS, CPA and session targets. Collaborate with agencies, Brand, eCommerce and CRM teams to deliver full-funnel, data-driven campaigns. Leverage GA4 and CDP insights to improve the end-to-end customer journey and campaign effectiveness. Mentor and guide a Digital Marketing Coordinator, supporting campaign execution and reporting. Stay across emerging digital trends and technologies that create competitive advantage. What You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance channels. Proven ability to manage media agencies and drive results through creative, data-led campaigns. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, CDPs, and campaign personalization. Ability to interpret and action digital insights from GA4 and other analytics platforms. A commercial mindset and creative energy, with a passion for delivering strong ROI.
