Currently, they are looking for a Senior HRIS & Payroll System Analyst to join their high performing and supportive team.Position DescriptionReporting to the HRIS and Payroll Manager and working within a medium sized team, you will be responsible for: Leading the implementation of newly Approved Systems, including Onboarding and Recruitment HR Systems Leading the continuous evaluation and evolution of SuccessFactors, ECP and UKG Manage system upgrades, including leading the bi-annual SuccessFactors releases Implementing innovative solutions to streamline HR and/or Payroll processes, ensuring they are legally compliant and efficient Effectively partnering with all HRIS Stakeholders to ensure alignment regarding system usage and issues and HRIS systems meets business needs Documenting business requirements, implementing, and testing changes and enhancements – including changes for EA requirements Position and Organisation management – creating new positions and sites and validating the Org Structure The successful applicant will have Experienced in the implementation and administration of HRIS & Payroll systems ideally with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Award interpretation and how it applies to systems Proven experience coordinating, testing and implementing system upgrades and enhancements within HRIS & Payroll Systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work in a team based environment Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work Analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box Additional Benefits Flexible working arrangements Friendly & supportive team Career progression opportunities 5 weeks annual leave provided To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
