About the Role This hands-on role is responsible for driving safety initiatives and ensuring compliance across a single-site operation. Reporting to the Safety & Wellbeing Manager, you will provide technical support, compliance oversight, and strategic guidance to operational teams. The position balances on-the-ground engagement with leadership discussions and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s safety and wellbeing strategy. Ensure compliance with Victorian OH&S legislation, Australian Standards, and industry Codes of Practice. Oversee the Safety Management System and contribute to ongoing improvements. Assist in risk management, injury prevention strategies, and workplace safety initiatives. Provide technical advice and compliance oversight, including managing regulatory requirements. Lead and facilitate safety audits, training programs, and leadership coaching. Engage with site teams to foster a strong safety culture.
