With exposure to the SLT, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of inventory management processes, implementing improvements, and enhancing operational efficiency. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive end-to-end reviews of processes and inventory management, streamlining store replenishment and seasonal import programs. Analyse Inventory ROI, optimise range selection processes, and enhance clearance effectiveness while supporting e-commerce operations. Implement improvements in range rationalisation, SLOB management, and replenishment processes. Develop and maintain detailed Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) documentation for process enhancement and sustainability. Liaise with business development managers and provide backup support for customer service associates. Manage daily and monthly inventory and import reports, updating V prices and landed costs. To Be Successful 3+ years’ experience in inventory and supply chain management roles. Proven track record in optimising inventory processes and implementing efficient operational improvements. Strong analytical skills with experience ERP systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
This business critical role supports the all inbound international freight functions by managing all communication between internal business departments, external suppliers, and service providers. Responsibilities; Lead day-to-day operations of international inbound logistics.Build and maintain strong working relationships with freight forwarders and service providers, ensuring performance levels are met and accurate reporting is received. Manage ERP accuracy and proactively resolve any errors and inaccuracies. Ensure accurate purchase order and shipment data using various reporting tools. Maintain and distribute inbound schedule and goods in transit reporting. Investigate and resolve inaccuracies in internal reporting and variances from suppliers. Act as the primary contact for all international logistics queries from stakeholders. Continuously improve reporting functions and operational processes. Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and internal processes. To be successful; Proven experience in international logistics and supply chain management. Strong relationship-building skills with freight forwarders and service providers. Proficiency with ERP systems Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work flexibly and handle multiple deadlines. High ethical standards, including confidentiality and integrity.
