Brede completed his Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2017, graduating with First Class Honours. He then practised as a Litigation Lawyer from 2018 to 2022, representing clients in various jurisdictions, including VCAT and the Supreme Court of Victoria.
In July 2022, Brede transitioned into the recruitment industry with Sharp&Carter, specialising in FMCG Sales Recruitment under the guidance of Felix Wood. Since joining the company, he has earned two promotions in just two years. Brede now leads the Mid to Senior Sales recruitment division, overseeing national sales roles with a focus on consumer goods. His expertise includes recruiting for positions such as National Account Manager, National Business Manager, Head of Customer, Head of Sales, and Sales Directors.
