Originally from the UK, Beth has over 10 years of Recruitment and Talent strategy experience across various industries.
Upon completion of a Bachelor of International Business Management, Beth commenced her recruitment career in 2014, with a top leading international recruitment firm. Following that, Beth moved into Internal Recruitment and Operational roles, leading the talent strategy for various businesses across London.
Beth then moved to Sydney in 2019 and specialised in the recruitment of permanent staff across Senior Finance and HR roles within FMCG, Retail and Manufacturing industries.
Beth prides herself on her ability to build long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates and thoroughly enjoys providing consultative solutions to her stakeholders. She also loves managing and mentoring a team and is passionate about supporting their growth and development.
Outside of work, Beth enjoys Reformer Pilates, trying out new restaurants and cafes and spending time with her partner and their chocolate labrador.
