Role OverviewSharp and Carter are delighted to have partnered with a leading luxury retail business for a newly created Senior HR Advisor role located in the heart of Sydney CBD​.In this standalone HR generalist role, you will support a small to mid size client group across Australia.​ Responsibilities & Objectives​ Managing Employee relations matters as they arise​ Review and implement HR policies and procedures​ Uplift employee engagement and standardize recruitment processes​ Coach managers on ER issues and investigations​ Handle mid-year reviews and roll out performance development plans​ Manage rosters and leave requests​ Oversee initial recruitment steps (job ads, initial screening, handover to hiring managers) Experience in terminations, PIPs, and ER investigations​ Familiarity with Retail award advantageous ​ ​This role offers both flexible and hybrid work arrangements.
