We are seeking a versatile and proactive Administration Officer on a temporary contract! This role provides administrative, operational, and logistical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the project operations team and project staff. The candidate will report into the Operations Managers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in multitasking, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Maintain asset registers, track office supplies, and manage shipments (domestic & Pacific regions). Prepare purchase orders, tasking orders, and update procurement tracking documents. Support onboarding processes, manage staff records, and coordinate equipment allocation. Arrange logistics for meetings/events, facilitate travel bookings, and process courier requests. Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and Pacific-based stakeholders. Ensure accurate record-keeping, update databases, and convert documents as needed. The Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and document management. Strong attention to detail, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks in a dynamic setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in cross-cultural environments.
