This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in payroll who is looking to contribute to a fast-paced and supportive team. You will be working closely with both the payroll team and other departments, helping to streamline payroll processes and ensure accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Assist with processing fortnightly and weekly payrolls, including manual data entry of timesheets. Help with the ongoing integration of the Deputy timesheet system with MYOB. (The process is underway, and you will assist with aligning and automating the process.) Conduct reconciliations for payroll, some deductions, and provide general support for payroll-related queries. Provide assistance with physical cash handling, including data entry, managing the cash machine, ordering change coins, and filing. Assist with general office duties: Support with filing, and other administrative tasks as needed. The Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years’ experience in payroll MYOB and Deputy experience (is advantageous) Good payroll background with a demonstrated ability to process high volume payroll Excellent technology skills Excellent communication skills An adaptable and fast learner Excellent attention to detail and accuracy It is highly important for this role that the successful applicant is a team player, is willing to get stuck in and help across all aspects of the team and is able to hit the ground running.
