After completing a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, he began his career with a large multinational recruitment firm before joining Sharp & Carter. Throughout this time his core area of expertise has been finance and accounting recruitment.
Adam now specifically recruits at the Head of Finance & CFO level. Engaging with hundreds of organisations and people with respect to accounting recruitment has enabled him to develop a deep understanding of the ever-changing dynamics of accounting functions.
