OverviewWorking within an Agile release train, the UX/UI Designer will use lean UX principles to champion the member in design delivery, creating impactful design solutions. Additionally, they must have a blended skillset of user experience and user interface design capabilities. Responsibilities Facilitate the creation of design artefacts for member journeys, including user flows, prototypes, interfaces, and visual designs. Design, drive, and facilitate creative/ideation workshops with senior stakeholders, leveraging design thinking and lean design methodologies. Translate product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs, iterating digital interfaces based on user feedback to create seamless and engaging digital experiences. Create intuitive, user-friendly design interfaces for web and mobile applications grounded in human-centred design. Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business and customer goals. Conduct and synthesise user testing and usability sessions, gathering insights to inform design decisions. Utilise and contribute to the digital design system, ensuring consistency and innovation in componentry. Skills Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UX/UI design At least 2 years’ experience delivering UX/UI designs within a fast-paced AGILE environment, with specific experience in mobile app design - ESSENTIAL Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, prototyping tools, and user testing platforms Passion for co-designing meaningful digital experiences and championing the customer in design delivery Broad experience across user flows, UX/UI, agile development, and lean design Demonstrated experience in delivering commercially successful customer solutions Openness to, or experience with, using AI in the design process (desired) How To ApplyPlease click 'apply' button now.
