- Manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring seamless coordination from initiation to submission.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, Business Development Managers (BDM), and State Managers to gather necessary information for compelling bid response
- Produce high-quality, professional content for bids, proposals, and tender submissions within a legal context
- Oversee multiple tenders simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and maintaining exceptional standards
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure our bids are competitive
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance with company policies and customer specifications
- Actively contribute to the improvement of our bid processes and success rates
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer or similar role within the legal or professional services industry
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and persuasiveness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast – paced environment
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
