Working out of their CBD office the Not for Profit provides a wide range of services to customers across a geographically dispersed area. Working with a large IT team you'll play a part in supporting the organisation meet their customers needs and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and assets.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
- Implement, maintain, and integrate cloud platforms.
- Support and enhance information and cybersecurity measures.
- Maintain ICT asset management compliance and reporting.
- Implement and oversee identity governance, entitlement management, and role-based access control.
- Manage ICT supply requests and procurement processes.
- Identify and implement process automation to enhance service quality and reduce costs.
- Design, implement, and maintain standard operating environments.
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles and technical documentation.
- Provide tiered support (Levels 1-3) for end-user computing, hosting, networks, and applications.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, acting as a point of escalation.
- Engage in identity management and systems security initiatives.
- Contribute to project-related tasks as directed by leadership.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and developments.
- Work collaboratively within a team and uphold professionalism.
- Exhibit punctuality and maintain high standards of presentation.
- Uphold organizational values in all interactions.
- Minimum 2 years in a System Administrator or Level 3 Support role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications in IT systems engineering and support, with a focus on cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.
- Expertise in IT service, change, and problem management.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, etc.), and Azure services.
- Experience in Active Directory, networking technologies, Microsoft Intune, and firewall administration.
- Strong scripting skills with PowerShell.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
