About the role:
Reporting directly to the Finance and Systems Manager this role sits within the central finance function and is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the finance IT systems, as well as the training of both finance and non-finance staff on its capability.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and ongoing management and maintenance of the ERP & data systems as well as BI tools
  • To build and maintain a good working relationship with the organisation's Business and IT teams
  • Design and development of reporting and system functions to assist finance team with requirements
  • Ensure data integrity between systems and reconciliation any discrepancies and rectify
  • Technical support for cleansing of the finance system database
  • Lead successful projects to implement, upgrade or maintain and integrate with Financial Information Management Systems
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Maintenance of workflows in accordance with new system requirements
  • Development and implementation of ERP user guides and training
  • Monitoring and reviewing staff performance and working with them to improve performance
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience of working within a complex organisation with advanced financial management information systems. Technical expertise to build and improve the functionality of the ERP and proven experience of creating and streamlining reporting at the back end. Experience with any large ERP such as SAP, Oracle etc. is a must.
The role demands of the successful candidates to confidently sit between finance and IT and manage multiple projects and stakeholders across the wider organisation.
Tertiary educated with further qualification of CPA or CA.
Experience in the health sector will be highly regarded.
