Position Overview: Provide day-to-day administration and support of the business systems environment across the Australia and New Zealand region, including Pronto (ERP), Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing), the HR Information System (HRIS), the enterprise data warehouse (EDW), business intelligence reporting (BI), and related portals, interfaces, and integrations.
 
You will work closely with both business and technology stakeholders to meet operational requirements and maximise the value of business systems investments.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support the Pronto ERP environment to ensure its availability and functionality align with operational needs.
  • Provide daily administration and support for other key business systems such as Dynamics 365, Azure Data Warehouse, the enterprise HR system, and Power BI.
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and testing the availability, resilience, and recovery of business systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Offer training and guidance to business stakeholders, helping them understand and fully utilise system capabilities, maximising the return on business system investments.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective system-related outcomes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for the planning and design of new projects and initiatives involving business systems.
  • Collaborate with various business functions to scope, develop, and implement major system-related projects.
  • Support organisational changes related to new systems, upgrades, and process adjustments resulting from system changes.
  • Create, update, and maintain training documentation and deliver in-person training as needed. Ensure relevant reference information is available in internal knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Assist in developing and implementing system and data integrations, including those involving other business units and third-party solutions (e.g., expense management, freight management, web portals, data aggregation, reporting, etc.).
  • Identify and escalate any risks related to business systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external obligations and support audit activities in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Contribute to management reporting as requested by the Business Systems Support Manager.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external and outsourced service providers.

Experience / Qualifications:
  • Over 3 years of hands-on experience administering all aspects of Pronto ERP and Cognos BI (essential).
  • More than 5 years of experience in customer-facing support roles (essential).
  • Experience in administering or supporting Dynamics 365 or other enterprise-level business systems (highly advantageous).
  • Proven experience in managing system integrations and ensuring data quality (essential).
  • Familiarity with supply chain, distribution, and manufacturing processes (highly desirable).
