Working with a team passionate about consulting with their customers on the best window dressing options to suit their homes. You'll be managing, leading and motivating a team of 8-10 individuals to ensure excellent service and installs.
Duties
- Ensure that the Store is always looking its best.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Store including money, alarms, opening and closing.
- Ensure measure runs are set to maximize productivity considering travel time and the technical side of the measure.
- Ensure installers daily runs are set to maximize productivity considering travel time and products to be fitted.
- Manage the maintenance and location of company vehicles.
- Ensure that company equipment such as computers, laptops, printer/s, specialist measuring devices are used correctly and are in good working order.
- Previous experience of managing people is essential
- Recruiting and managing of staff
- Cashing handling
- Able to motivate and lead teams
- Working in a consultative environmental would be beneficial, but not essential
