Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualised therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to implement effective communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
- Participate in community engagement and educational initiatives.
- A relevant degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their communication goals.
