Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Warehouse Operations: Manage end-to-end warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch, ensuring all processes meet our high standards for efficiency, safety, and quality.
 - Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supervisors and warehouse staff, fostering a positive, high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.
 - Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Leverage Lean methodologies and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
 - KPI Management: Drive and monitor performance across key KPIs, including DIFOT, order accuracy, and safety metrics, to ensure targets are consistently met.
 - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service to align warehouse operations with business needs and ensure a seamless flow of goods.
 - Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards.
 
- Experience: 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably within FMCG or retail. Demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume operations and large teams.
 - Leadership Skills: Proven track record of effective team leadership, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees at all levels.
 - Process Improvement: Strong knowledge of Lean, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies, with a history of successfully implementing process enhancements.
 - Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
 - Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
 - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
