Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 & 2 technical support across their offices and remote teams. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 & 2 desktop support for specified offices.
- Deliver Level 1 & 2 remote support for offsite staff and other offices as needed.
- Support Apple iPhones and troubleshoot related issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Assist with ad-hoc IT projects coordinated by the Platform Owner – Workplace & Infrastructure.
- Manage staff onboarding, offboarding, and company restructures.
- Create technical documentation and user guides.
- Handle asset management for designated offices.
- Respond to and manage tickets within the IT support system.
- Oversee and support large company conferencing events.
- Demonstrated expertise in Windows 10 operating systems.
- Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Office 365 desktop support.
- Working knowledge of Apple iPhone mobile devices.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Initial 3-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
