Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 & 2 technical support across their offices and remote teams. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 desktop support for specified offices.
  • Deliver Level 1 & 2 remote support for offsite staff and other offices as needed.
  • Support Apple iPhones and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams.
  • Assist with ad-hoc IT projects coordinated by the Platform Owner – Workplace & Infrastructure.
  • Manage staff onboarding, offboarding, and company restructures.
  • Create technical documentation and user guides.
  • Handle asset management for designated offices.
  • Respond to and manage tickets within the IT support system.
  • Oversee and support large company conferencing events.
Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrated expertise in Windows 10 operating systems.
  • Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Office 365 desktop support.
  • Working knowledge of Apple iPhone mobile devices.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
