Reporting to the Regional Head of FP&A and working closely with the executive, you will be responsible got developing and implementing robust business performance management routines and strategic forecasting processes across the business. Leadership ability and influencing skills are critical to your success as this role collaborates with a broad and diverse set of stakeholders to drive accountability for outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in detecting and correcting drift from annual operating budgets and long term strategic plans. The duties of your role will include but not be limited to the following.
- Define a vision for business performance management rhythms and strategic forecasting processes
- Drive focus on key investment metrics such Return on Invested Capital, Free Cash Flow, Working Capital KPI’s, etc.
- Build tools to aid in the decision-making process including reporting, modelling and fit-for-purpose decks
- Design and operate holistic business performance review routines
- Collaborate with IT to continually improve the systems that we rely upon for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, etc.
- Manages end-to-end business forecasting processes and coordination of information requirements across both short and long term timeframes, including scenario modelling
- Build and enhance relationships within the organization to help drive business performance outcomes and forecast quality improvements
- Identify trends, variances, and potential upcoming issues versus annual budget commitment.
- Lead pro-active gap-closing activities across functions
- Review operational workflows relating to budgeting and forecasting, documenting findings and providing recommended solutions for improvement.
- Drive capability uplift across the business in delivering quality commentary
- Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager to drive business processes, reporting and procedures throughout the business with a category and channel focus
- Develop IBP reporting suites at category and channel level
- Lead a small team of Analysts

Other requirements include:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Extensive experience as a hands-on FP&A Manager within a large & complex organisation
- You will be a proven leader with demonstrated success in driving high-performing teams
- An in-depth technical understanding combined with demonstrated strategic and commercial awareness
