We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to support the FP&A Director with the operations of Group Functions, the performance of business units, and the reporting and presentation of financial results to the ELT. This role will focus on costs and be heavily involved in business partnering division leads to monitor and deliver their strategic and financial goals through reporting, analytics & planning.
Duties
- Business partner, liaise with and influence division heads
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts including the identification of risks and opportunities
- Lead the monthly finance meetings with key business unit heads reviewing performance
- Produce monthly Group Management Packs
- Provide strategic and commercial advice relating to financial activities
- Deliver data driven insights and analysis to create performance visibility for the SLT
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set and assess financial goals
- Maintain a vibrant fun team culture with continued team success
- Fully qualified CA/CPA or equivalent
- 5+ years commercial experience in a similar business partnering capacity
- Proven Group Function FP&A experience
- Excellent communication skills to present to ELT
- Deep understanding of cost within the P&L
- Background in complex business environments ideal
- Strong analytical skills for resolving complex issues
