About the Role:
This newly created role sits within a growing FP&A function. It is an exciting, hands-on position that will allow you to build dynamic commercial models and influence C-suite executives within a successful business.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the main duties will include:
- Preparing financial reports for the executive team, board, and other stakeholders with financial and non-financial metrics.
- Providing relevant, meaningful commentary for financial performance reporting, board presentations, and other ad hoc reporting.
- Assisting in half-year and year-end external reporting, including the preparation of investor relations materials.
- Reviewing monthly financial results and KPIs to ensure accuracy.
- Developing a deep understanding of the Group’s business drivers and strategic goals.
- Developing and evolving insightful reporting and analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities, and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrating strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Leading process improvements.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis as required.
Our client is looking to attract an ambitious Financial Analyst who is CA/CPA qualified and has demonstrated success within a similar role. You will possess a proven track record of business partnering with senior executives and have the ability to effectively communicate financial data to operations. Advanced MS Excel skills are essential, with preferable systems experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
