As the Senior Financial Accountant within a multinational organisation, you will play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations, supporting the business with timely and accurate financial reporting, and partnering closely with key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Develop close working relationships with department heads and senior leadership, providing financial insights that guide decision-making.
- Manage and improve product costing models, ensuring they accurately reflect operational realities and support business pricing strategies.
- Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports for senior leadership, helping to interpret financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- A degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Fully qualified or working towards CA/CPA qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience ideally within Industrial or Manufacturing sectors.
- Experience using large ERPs such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong exposure to product costing, business partnering and analytical thinking is essential.
