Based in Melbourne's CBD, our client is a global software group and a clear leader in their industry. As a member of the finance function, you will play an integral part in shaping the strategic direction and performance of the finance function. The key deliverables will include but not be limited to the following:
- Key involvement in Consolidated Monthly Financial reporting across multiple subsidiaries, including the delivery on time and to quality standards for all finance members
- Month end duties, including General ledger reconciliations and Profit & Loss ownership to ensure organisaiton meets its statutory and reporting obligations
- Support the finance function in the provision of high-quality financial information for external due diligence procedures
- Key support in delivering financial information for potential business combinations
- Delivering Audit requirements within timeframes, including liaison with external auditors
- Assist team through M&A Activities
The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified with in-depth experience working within a large corporate. It is essential that you have the ability to work towards deadlines, have experience in preparation and review of statutory accounts and disclosures and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
