Our client, a leading ASX-listed business, is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their Finance team. About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will lead both onshore and offshore finance operations teams, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger across multiple entities and business segments.

You will oversee financial reporting, reconciliations, and business advisory support while playing a key role in finance transformation initiatives. The role demands a strong leader who can drive efficiency, compliance, and process enhancements within a high-volume environment, particularly around half-year and year-end reporting cycles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee onshore and offshore finance teams to ensure accurate and timely journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Review and authorise journal entries and account reconciliations in the ERP
  • Lead and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance to drive finance transformation and improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
About You
You are a seasoned finance professional with a track record of success in managing complex financial processes within a large corporate environment. With strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities, you excel in driving efficiencies and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
  • CA or CPA qualification is essential.
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience within a Big 4 or Mid-tier accounting firm desirable
  • Strong financial accounting expertise, particularly in reconciliations, reporting, and audit processes.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams within a shared service or BPO model.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders effectively.
