This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Business partner who is looking for a true commercial role that will allow them to partner with both internal and external stakeholders. This role will allow you to influence the finance strategy of complete division of a large listed FMCG company.
You will be part of a large and supportive finance team who balance learning and development with a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial management of partners, including reporting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Shape strategies for external partnerships, onboarding new partners, and exploring new opportunities.
- Lead budget planning, forecasting, and overall performance.
- Manage the profit and loss (P&L) statement.
- Conduct business reviews to drive insights and improve performance.
- Ensure efficient processes and timely stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrating strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Leading process improvements.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis as required.
Our client is looking to attract an ambitious Financial or Commercial Analyst who is CA/CPA qualified and has demonstrated success within a similar role. Ideally this candidate will be a 2nd/3rd mover out of a Big4 accounting firm. You will possess a proven track record of business partnering with senior executives and have the ability to effectively communicate financial data to operations. Advanced MS Excel skills are essential, with preferable systems experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
