The Role
Reporting into the Commercial Finance Lead, the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with primary stakeholders to drive business performance and influence strategic decisions.
- Conduct commercial analyses to generate insights that guide market strategy.
- Achieve key financial targets while enhancing revenue and managing trade spend.
- Take a proactive approach to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Serve as the financial expert for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle and provide support to customer teams.
- Evaluate and execute improvements to our core systems, processes, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
- Acting as a key business partner to Sales & Marketing
The Ideal Candidate
- CA/CPA qualified
- Experience working in a similar commercial finance business partnering role
- Industry experience is going to be vital, having worked in FMCG / retail and dealt with external supermarkets / stores will be beneficial
- Experience partnering with sales and marketing
- Australian citizen with full working rights locally
- Ambition and drive
